Inspection and reporting services for any and all 1st year builder warranties and in claims adjusting for extended warranty providers and/or insurance company underwriters.

As Integrity Home services has now inspected more than 2000 homes over the past 10 years we provide expert consulting for any dispute resolution based on the current industry standards.

8. Safety Consulting

Integrity Home Services has added over the past two years the most impactive, important, division yet in the matter of safety training. IHS will assist you in building and implementing an entire Occupational Health and Safety program fully compliant with all legislation. This not only helps to protect your work force, as it is your responsibility, it also protects your personal and business liability. (Please refer to the OH&S Act Regulations and Code)

Please note to date we have successfully built and implemented a comprehensive safety system in a Central Alberta Building company who builds approximately 200 homes per year with a staff of 45 and employing some 110+ subtrades. Not only can we guide you with information but also we can deliver a step by step process for the proper implementation of the program.
